If you are dissatisfied for any valid reason, the return will be accepted with full refund (except 10% restocking fees and postage charges paid by us). In any circumstances, the buyer must contact us at sales@orientalvintagejade.com within 4 days of receiving the parcel. Buyer must pay for the return postage and insurance. The item should be returned in the same condition as posted to you. Any damaged or unacceptable condition of returns will not be refunded.

The item must be posted returned back within 14 days of receiving the item. All returned items must be in the original condition and packaging. You must provide us with the Tracking Number. If the item is in your possession more than 15 days, it is considered as used or accepted and we will not issue any refund.
